8/4: Into the Wild

We’re officially beginning our trip back East. Yay!

We’re off for two nights of camping in Glacier National Park in Montana. After that, two nights in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, which means we’ll be cut off from civilization for the next 5days. Gulp.

Check back around the 9th. Hopefully we’ll have survived.

Wow – already heading back East. My how time flies. We have missed you and you know, I’m really glad for the technology these days, makes us feel like we’ve talked with you throughout your trip (let me dry my tear ;)

Good luck in the park – I’m sure you will see some amazing nature! Maybe you’ll see Yogi bear – and careful with those forest fires.

Love and miss you both! Be safe.

Don’ t you know that flailing at Bees only makes them mad?
I continuously take close-ups of Bees feeding on flowers, without a bite.
However the pictures of Mt. Rainier are spectacular, did Doug tell you that the trek was worth it? Did he get stung?
Look out for the insects in Yellowstone, they may be worse than the bears or elk. I also understand there also are wolves and puma there. I’m sure they are all friendly. Say hello for us.
